Fahad answered that the salary he was taking from his old company was low and he's seeking a higher salary. Bassam had the same answer, but Ali answered that he is looking for a better working environment. The second question was what's their greatest strength? The interviewees replied with more than one answer, but the most common answer was the experience they got from their old jobs will qualify them for this Job.
Then the question, why should I hire you? Fahad answered that he knows how to communicate with his colleagues, Bassam said that he is capable of sharing his knowledge with others and learn from them as well and Ali was counting on his experience from his old job.
The interview was concluded with asking a few technical questions and interviewees were able to answer them and that shows how well educated they are.

Interviewees: Ahmed, Abdulrahman and Faris
Interviewer: Marcelino
Position: Chemical Engineers
With the warm greetings from Marcelino, he started the second day of interviews and it was a unique interview.
Ahmed's expressions were showing how confident he is and how he can deal with stress more than the others.
The interviewees began telling the interviewer about themselves; Then the first question was: can you work under pressure? The reply from Ahmed was working with emergency shut down before in his previous job and it needs a worker that never panics. Ahmed answer was he was that he was working in a factory were there are the huge machines and working with that needs the person to be focussed and sure. Faris answer was too short, that he can work under pressure, without giving an example.
Marcelino then asked the interviewees about them working nights and on weekends? Ahmed and Faris had nearly the same answer that their previous jobs were making thim work for 4-5 days 12 hours shift, 3-2 morning shifts 2 night shifts and most of these working days were at weekends, but Abdulrahman prefers to have a fixed work timing.
In the end from my point of view I would hire Ahmed because I think he is a hard worker, very self confident and he learns quickly, so I would hire him if I was having that job opening.

*Educate our children
*Show them that we care
*Force the authorities
*Alert the people and give them precautions
Abdulla opened the meeting at 10:30AM in an appropriate manner & introduced the items on the agenda clearly. He directed the meeting successfully from 1 item to the next. The problem under discussion was child slavery.
1. Society awareness
Ahmed Hassan agreed on that and added that we should do whatever it takes to get the people in this world to know about Kony and what's happening in Uganda. Hedley gave us an idea that we can use the internet to make people aware about sharing videos and links through YouTube and social networks. The chairman agreed with them and he added ideas such as printing flyers and giving away Kony shirts.
Hedley was worried about the cost of these materials and the chairman replied that we got the support of a few printing companies which will provide us with all that for no cost.
2. Collecting donations
Ahmed Hasan suggested that we can get a small donation from the T-shirts with the picture of Kony on them; the chairman liked the idea that was given by Ahmed and added that they are going to make a kit box which will be having a T-shirt, two bracelets and a couple of posters that will be given away, whenever there is a donation made and that will help us to get other people to know about what’s happening in Uganda.
3. Building an army
Hedley didn't like the idea of building an army because he thinks that there is no one can be the leader of this army, and he was worried about what Ugandans will think when they see an outsider try to take over their country. The chairman agreed with Hedley and added that the leader will come from the Ugandans and hopefully when they see that they will get to know our good intentions that we just want to help them and nothing else. Ahmed said the army will be built from Ugandan soldiers first then the help we got from the USA and the leader will be chosen by Ugandans.
4. Educate our children
Ahmed said that his main concern is to get his daughter to know about the dangers of the world she's living in and show her that we are trying to make the world better for the coming generations.
5. Show Uganda that we care
The chairman said that we want to show Uganda how much we are concerned about them and they have our sympathy. After that Ahmad said the only way to show them that is by using the donations to build schools, hospitals and radio stations all over the country, Hedley and the chairman liked that idea and they think it will show them that we are there to help them.
6. Force the authorities
Everyone in the meeting found that it is hopeless, because we already tried to talk to the UN and the White House but they didn't move a limb, but when the authorities see the amount of people that care about this cause hopefully they will send more forces to help us.
7. Alert the people and give them precautions
As mentioned before by Ahmed the donations will help us in building schools, hospitals and radio stations; the reason that comes behind building radio stations is that they will help you track Kony, know where he is attacking and where he's going to be in the future. The chairman added that we will help building underground shelters that will protect women and children from Kony's attacks.
-In the end we reached the conclusion of:
1- We are going to share videos on youtube and post messages on social websites.
2- The box kit will be distributed all over the world to the donors.
3- Building an army isn't going to be easy without the help of Ugandans but we will do our best.
4- Teaching our kids and let them know what's happening around them.
5- When enough donations are collected we do immediate actions of building and providing the Ugandans with all the help to show them that we are still on our word.
6- We maybe aren't getting the help from the authorities but that is not going to stop us.
7- Teach the ugandians how to protect their families and prevent Kony's attacks.

*Time of meeting: 10:30AM
*Venue: W113A
*Group members:-
*Chair: Abdulla Ali.
*Secretary: Hamoud Jasim.
*Participant: Ahmed Hassan and Abdulla Abdo.
At the time and date shown above was our scheduled meeting with Mr. Hedley to talk about child slavery and specifically about what Kony is doing in Uganda. A week earlier we started collecting the data we need to help us in giving some suggested solutions for the problem and stop it from spreading all over the globe. At the day of the meeting we had some notes to help us in the discussion. Finally, the Chairman had to call the meeting to order, so we started introducing the problem and then with the points we have to discuss.
I really enjoyed the meeting and it was really helpful in finding the solutions. Also I think all the participants in the meeting enjoyed it because it was going so smooth and they were talking with self-confidance. Furthermore, I think Mr. Hedley, who I call as the judge, really liked the subject and I figured that out from the way he was participating and giving examples. I think that the meeting went more than perfect and it was interesting because we took more than the expected time to finish.

Presentation 1 (Reflection)
* Subject: History of the bicycle
* Date: 26th April 2012
* Time: 10:30AM
* Venue: W113A
* Presenter: Mohammad Khamis
* Presenter: Mohammad Khamis
* Audience: Mr. Hedley - Classmates
At the time and date mentioned above Mr. Hedley asked Mohammad Khamis to start the presentation. In the beginning he looked confident with the PowerPoint on the smart-board and the notes in his hand. Unfortunately when he started the first slide was a big disappointment. He was flipping the slides so fast that we couldn’t get the whole information he had about the subject. Also, even the English language wasn't that good. Furthermore, in the end when we asked him some questions hoping that we'd get the right answers he didn't have enough knowledge on the subject and he gave us wrong information. So I really think that next time he has a presentation, he should read more about the subject to be able to talk and give correct information.

At the time and date mentioned above Mr. Hedley asked Sultan to start the presentation. From my point of view i find that the subject is interesting and should be taken seriously as Sultan did. In the beginning he started showing the desert and wild life locations in the UAE. Then he started describing the desert pollution problem which mostly was about plastic waste that give a bad view of the desert and being a reason for the lose of rare animals. Also he had some solutions for the problem such as, raising people's awareness, making resorts, etc.
One of the reasons that made the presentation interesting is that Sultan used some of his own pictures while presenting. Furthermore, Sultan was able to answer most of the questions asked from the audience. I think that Sultan's English wasn't perfect, but it was sufficient and understandable to get the whole idea of the presentation.
